Well, I had no hope whatsoever with this movie. But i was hoping that there would be the 3D version of it in Malaysia, but alas, there isn't (to my vast knowledge, at least).
The movie was predictable and sleazy. The movie shamelessly put in tonnes of Hot College Babes and alot of blood to try and attract people to watch it. Fortunately for Piranha, it worked! Quite nicely. 60 minutes of this 80-minute movie was filled with scantily clad girls enjoying their spring-break. And the other 20 minutes with tired and predictable plot ( i think this movie is the remake of the 1978 film of the same title <---Click me for Piranha (1978) ).
If you enjoy watching mindlessly plotted films and predictable endings, stupid moments (like kissing when you're in GREAT danger) then this movie if for you! Overall, Its not entirely bad. Actually, to be honest, the movie is quite fun to watch actually. The babes, the booze, the mindless violence. All in good fun. Theres nothing much to say about this movie except, its definitely more watchable than some other crap like Predators (2010) or Repomen (2010).
And what could be better than watching hot chicks in bikinis on a giant screen? PS: I would think that it would be cooler in 3D (it seems this movie was made to exploit the 3D technology), but i could be wrong. :)

Pros: Kelly Brooke and all the random hot babes, the violence | Cons: Everything Else, FINAS (Malaysia's Film Filtration = too much censorship) | Rating: 6/10
